NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner

Zions Bancorporation, N.A., formerly ZB,n.a.,

by Christian Heinrich, CTFA, Vice President

and Senior Fiduciary Officer of Zions Wealth

Management, a division of Zions Bancorporation,

has filed with this Court a “Petition

for Probate of Will, to Issue Letters Testamentary,

for Authorization to Administer the

Estate under the Independent Administration

of Estates Act with Full Authority; and for Full

Administration,” and has set the matter for

hearing on the 7th day of March, 2022, at

1:30 p.m. in Department No. II, at the courthouse

of the above-entitled court located at

1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada, County

of Douglas. All persons interested in the

estate are notified to appear and show cause

why the petition should not be granted.

The petition requests authority to administer

the estate under the Independent Administration

of Estates Act. This will avoid the

need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause is

shown why it should not be.
