NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified Successor
Trustee of THE RUSSELL I. LINDELL, JR.
1995 TRUST established June 27, 1995, the
settlor of that trust, died on August 24, 2022.
Any creditor having a claim against the trust
estate must file his, or her or its claim with the
undersigned at the address given below within
90 days after the first publication of this notice.
