Notice is hereby given that the undersigned

are the duly appointed and qualified

Co-Trustees of the THE LEOLA A. TUCKER

TRUST dated September 24th, 2013. LEOLA

A.TUCKER, the grantor/settlor of that trust,

died on December 23, 2020. A creditor having

a claim against the trust estate must file a

claim with the undersigned at the address

given below within 90 days after the first

publication of this notice (pursuant to NRS

164.025(2(a)). A creditor having a claim

against the grantor must file a claim with

the undersigned at the address given below

within 90 days after the first publication of

this notice (pursuant to NRS 164.025(2(b)).

A creditor having a claim against the grantor

and against the trust estate must file a claim

with the undersigned at the address given below

within 90 days after the first publication of

this notice (pursuant to NRS 164.025(2)(c)).
