A meeting of the Douglas County Administrative
Hearing Panel will be held on Thursday,
August 12, 2021 at 2:00 pm. The meeting will
be held at the Minden Inn, at 1594 Esmeralda
Avenue, Room 306, Minden, NV 89423. The
Administrative Hearing Panel reserves the
right to: take items in a different order; combine
two or more agenda items for consideration;
remove items from the agenda; and/or
delay discussions relating to an item on the
agenda at any time.
The application(s) below will be considered
under the Public Hearing portion of the meeting.

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division
Application’s DP 21-0174 for a Tentative
Parcel Map to divide a 5.0 acre parcel into
four (4) parcels, the smallest being 1.0 acres
and the largest 1.58 acres in size and DP 21-
0175 a Variance to Improvement Standards
(20.704.070) to allow a 50 foot Urban Local
Road Section and a request to remove the
requirement for sidewalk per Detail A02 in
accordance with Title 20.140.010A(2). The
subject parcel is located at 3282 Plymouth
Drive in the SFR-1 (Single Family Residential,
one-acre minimum lot size) zoning district in
the Jacks Valley/Indian Hills Community Plan
(APN 1420-18-301-005). The applicant is
Peter Beekhof.
