APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90863
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 2nd day of July 2021 Park Livestock Co. of Minden, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 01.44 c.f.s., 114.4 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 16789, Certificate 5732. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 22, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 22 bears N 85 degrees 09 minutes W., a distance of 1,940 feet (approx. 8 miles SW of Wellington, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 22, T10N, R22E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 22 bears N 6 degrees 14 minutes E, a distance of 1,946.30 feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes from March 1st to October 31st of each year.
