MDB&M or at a point

from which the NW

corner of said Section 5

minutes 34 seconds W,

a distance of 2,952.96

feet (approx. 5 miles

South of Carson City,

NV). Water will be used

for quasi-municipal

purposes from January

1st to December

31st of each year.

The existing point of

diversion was located

within the SE1/4 NE1/4

of Section 4, T12N,

R20E, MDB&M, or

at a point from which

the NE corner of said

Section 4 bears N 01

degrees 09 minutes 10

seconds E, a distance

of 1,841 feet. Water

was used for quasimunicipal

purposes

from January 1st to

December 31st of each

year.
