Carol Lynette Davis-Kohler


Dec 12,1960 - Feb 4, 2019 Carol L. Davis-Kohler age 58, was carried by Angels to sit by the Throne of her Lord Jesus Christ on Feb. 4th, 2019. Born and raised in Orange, Ca. she received a bachelor of Science degree in pre med Biology/chemistry from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Ca. She moved to Carson City in 2014 with her Husband George, Dog Foxy and Cat Tiger. They found a beautiful home on "C" Hill with a wonderful view of the city, the Capital and the surrounding hills. Carol loved the out doors and Mother Nature. Carol retired after 24 years as Senior Account Manager for Express Scripts. She then took a job as a Manager at the local Sav-Mart and really enjoyed the people she worked with and the stress free and friendly atmosphere at the store. Carol was a local artisan also, she designed and hand crafted beautiful jewelry and sold it through Artsy Fartsy in old downtown. Carol had quite a full life for her age, she was a pilot, a certified SCUBA diver, Hiker, Painter, rode Dirt Bikes, Sailed boats in College and loved Kayaking. She also loved to Mountain bike the local hills and ride her custom Harley through the Sierra's her Husband George had built her  from her own design. Carol was a true adventurer and Free Spirit. Embracing Life to the fullest. Carol and George's Mantra for life was always "Forever Young". Allowing their inner child to stay alive kept them young at heart and deeply in Love. Carol is survived by her husband George, her 96 year old Mother in Law Vera, her Brother Lin and his Wife Kathy, Aunts Suzie and Phyllis and Cousins Gary, Brian, Laura and Marlo. In Lieu of flowers a donation to the Carson City Animal Shelter is what Carol had asked for, as her Love for all animals and even Bugs was deep and never ending.
