Richard Henson, 88, died March 11, 2017.
He was born in Twin Valley, Ohio and was a longtime resident of Carson City, NV.
He served the U.S. Navy during WWII.
Richard was preceded in death by ten brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his daughters, Carrie Henson, Robin Wiest and Kim Kuhlman; grandchildren, Amber Lafollette, Tara Landis, JJ and Jamie Wiest and Logan Kuhlman; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Lexi, Tyler, Lucas, Brooke, Ashlyn, Paxton, Kennedy, Harlow, Kaiden, Riley and Jordan; sister Glady’s; special niece Connie and numerous nieces and nephews.
Thank you to Joan Stiewing and Leslie Maddox, Royal Good, Tami Conn, St. Mary’s Hospice, Dr. Kelle Brogan, Mary Sachs, Soleil Nemeth, Val Wright and Joan Garoute, Pleasant Care Group Home - Freda and Tang, you all took such good care of Papa Richard/Grandpa.

A Graveside service will be held Friday, March 17, 2017 at 1:30pm at Lone Mountain Cemetery with military honors.
