1934 ~ 2017
Frances Lorraine Clelland passed away on February 13, 2017 at home in Siver Springs.
She was born to William and Ruth Welsh in 1934 in Denver, Colorado. She graduated from North High in Denver in 1951.
Frances met her husband, Donald Clelland, while working as a cashier at a ski resort in Sun Valley, Idaho in 1957.
Donald was a career Air Force officer, and they lived in a number of places, both in the US and overseas.
She was a member of the Officers Wives Club. She enjoyed tennis, skiing, and cooking.
Frances was an avid garage sale shopper, once operating a small antique shop.
She was known for her feisty, adventurous spirit.
Frances is preceded in death by both her parents and her husband.
She is survived by her three sons, Mike, Jim and Steve.
A private memorial service will be held.
