CHS strong at tourney

The Carson High volleyball team finished an outstanding run at the Las Vegas Invitational on Saturday, going 6-1 in the event.

On Saturday, Carson beat Escondido (Calif.) 25-22, 25-13, Chatsworth (Calif.) 25-23, 25-12, Pahrump 25-12, 25-23 and lost to San Diego 17-25, 17-25.

For the tournament, Jaycie Roberts had 56 kills, Abby Pradere had 141 assists and 15 aces, Dajarrah Navarro had 29 blocks and Keelin Pilgrim added 41 kills for the Senators.
