It takes a lot
This is a thank you letter from me to the nurses, both male and female, at Carson Tahoe Health, and also to the absolutely wonderful skills of Dr. Chapman, who did my quadruple bypass there. You were right, I didn’t feel a thing.
The nurses were wonderful helping me recover. Nurses Marilyn, Amanda, Ian and Erin (the one who puts me in mind of singer Mary Hopkin, as far as looks) all did absolutely professional and wonderful jobs during my week long stay there too! And there were many more, more than I have room for here. Just know, everyone’s professionalism was very much appreciated.
I’d never had that kind of surgery before, you see, and you all made it so much easier for me. Thank you so much, be seeing you.
P.S. Oh, and a big thanks to my family and friends for helping me get through it. No matter what, it takes a lot!
