First Baptist Church to offer AWANA

First Baptist Church in Carson City will begin offering an AWANA youth program from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m. every Tuesday, beginning Sept. 9, at the corner of Mountain and Bath Streets.

AWANA age groups offered will be: Puggles — 2-year-olds and parents; Cubbies — ages 3-4; Sparks — kindergarten through second grades; truth and training — third through sixth grades; trek — seventh and eighth grades; and journey — ninth through 12th grades.

A small meal for a minimal cost will also be provided before the program begins for those who need it.
