CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Lasagna, steamed spinach, garlic bread and oranges.

TUESDAY: Seafood Louie salad, pears, sourdough bread with margarine and scones.

WEDNESDAY: Sausage, egg and cheese burritos, bananas, tomato juice and muffins.

THURSDAY: Roast turkey, yams and apples, corn and apricots.

FRIDAY: Asian chicken with noodles, stir fry vegetables, Jell-O with Mandarin oranges and cookies.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bead, peaches and cookies.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti and meat sauce, baked acorn squash, colorful salad, creamy Italian dressing, bread with margarine and strawberry banana yogurt pops.

WEDNESDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches, peas and carrots, tomatoes with vinaigrette, oatmeal raisin cookies and fresh orange sections.

THURSDAY: Oven-fried chicken, cauliflower with cheese sauce, biscuits with margarine, apple juice and peach melba.

FRIDAY: Sausage and eggs, hash browns, peaches, muffins with margarine, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Tomato soup, turkey, stuffing and cranberry sandwiches, baby carrots and bananas.

TUESDAY: Sausage-topped polenta, mushroom and spinach salad, cheesy garlic bread, white grape juice and peach and blueberry crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Beef pot roast, gravy, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion, romaine, Swiss cheese and bacon salad, spiced peaches, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Green chili chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa and pumpkin cake with broiled coconut topping.

FRIDAY: Baked ham, mashed potatoes and gravy.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Cheeseburger skillet, tossed salad, balsamic vinaigrette, whole-wheat dinner rolls, fruit cocktail and pink lemonade.

TUESDAY: Chicken tacos, refried beans, zucchini and tomatoes, salsa, lettuce, tomato, cheese and apricots.

WEDNESDAY: Shortcake, black-eyed peas, garden salad, creamy Italian dressing and bananas.

THURSDAY: Patty melt on rye, baked fries, carrot salad and mixed fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Sausage egg muffins, hash browns, peaches, V8 and orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Barbecue beef sandwiches, corn on the cob, spinach and coleslaw.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and tomato salad.

WEDNESDAY: Fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, rolls and vegetables.

THURSDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy and vegetables.

FRIDAY: Baked potato omelet and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken enchilada casserole, Spanish rice and refried beans.

TUESDAY: Lasagna, green salad, ranch dressing, garlic bread and sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf and vegetables.

THURSDAY: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, corn, tomatoes, vinaigrette, whole-wheat rolls and sliced peaches.

FRIDAY: Tilapia, broccoli stuffed potatoes, carrots, beet salad and fruit parfaits.
