Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Stuffed cabbage, egg noodles, steamed carrots and apple crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Chile relleno, Spanish rice, corn, blushed pears and churros.

THURSDAY: Country fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans and peaches.

FRIDAY: Ribs, baked beans, mixed vegetables, apples, cake and ice cream.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, salad and fresh oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, vegetable salad, whole-wheat rolls with margarine and raspberry and cranberry salad.

THURSDAY: Baked haddock creole, baked potatoes, sour cream and chives, garden salad, Italian dressing, grain bread with margarine, Jell-O and oranges.

FRIDAY: Chicken fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, melon, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Meatball stew, marinated tomato salad, biscuits, orange juice and strawberry cake.

WEDNESDAY: Pork chops with apples, Mandarin salad, stuffing, green beans and rustic fall fruit tart.

THURSDAY: Herb-baked chicken, baked potatoes, sour cream and chives, vegetable medley, whole-wheat bread with peach butter and fresh apples.

FRIDAY: Grilled Reuben on rye bread, potato salad, watermelon and dessert.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, vegetable salad, whole-wheat rolls, margarine and raspberry and cranberry salad.

WEDNESDAY: Roast turkey, gravy, yams and apples, corn on the cob, colorful salad, Italian dressing, oat bran rolls, peach butter and canned plums.

THURSDAY: Beef barley soup, beef chalupa, whole wheat crackers and orange sherbet.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: French toast with margarine and syrup, bacon and eggs, bananas, V8 and orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Italian chicken, pasta, garlic bread and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Mexican meat balls, Spanish rice, tortillas, vegetables and salad.

THURSDAY: Cod, green beans and pepperoni pasta salad.

FRIDAY: Breakfast biscuits and sausage, gravy and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Labor Day.

TUESDAY: Pastrami and Swiss on rye, potato wedges, vegetables and Jell-O parfaits.

WEDNESDAY: Fried chicken, Tater Tots, vegetables, coleslaw, biscuits and bread pudding.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed spinach, green salad, whole wheat bread, peach butter and Jell-O with oranges.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30-9:30: Fish and chips, vegetables, coleslaw, biscuits and ice cream.
