CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Mac and cheese with ham, spinach, peaches and cookies.

TUESDAY: Roast beef, broccoli, spiced pears and French bread with margarine.

WEDNESDAY: Lemon baked cod, wild rice, Brussels sprouts and raisins.

THURSDAY: Chicken noodle soup with vegetables, Jell-O with Mandarin oranges and blueberry pie.

FRIDAY: Salisbury steak or liver and onions, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and grapes.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Beef vegetable soup, tuna macaroni salad, low sodium crackers and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Breaded fish squares on hamburger buns, Normandy vegetables, Tater Tots, tartar sauce and spiced pears.

WEDNESDAY: Red beans and rice, beets in orange juice, layered salad, whole wheat bread with apple butter and fruit cocktail.

THURSDAY: Pork tenderloin with stuffing and gravy, glazed carrots, whole wheat bread with margarine and applesauce.

FRIDAY: Pancakes, margarine and syrup, sausage, scrambled eggs, strawberries, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Pumpkin soup with basil, roast beef with gravy, cottage cheese and peaches, roasted potatoes, asparagus and cookies.

TUESDAY: White chicken chili, cheese and onions, marinated tomato salad, corn bread and pumpkin pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Combination pizza, spring mix, grapes and frosted brownies.

THURSDAY: Swiss steak, baked potato with shredded cheese, sour cream and chives, vegetable medley with herbs, whole wheat bread and fresh apples.

FRIDAY: Cream of potato soup, sweet and spicy beef salad, mint fruit cups and peach cobbler.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Ham and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat bread, carrots and peas, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, mixed green salad, Italian dressing and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Beef pot pie, green beans with mushrooms, whole wheat rolls, mixed fruit and sherbet.

THURSDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, vegetable medley with herbs, sliced tomatoes, Italian dressing, whole wheat bread, apple butter and oatmeal date bars.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Sausage and eggs, hash brown, peaches, muffins, margarine, V8 and orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Pepper steak, rice, Brussels sprouts, garden salad and fruit.

TUESDAY: Clam chowder, bread bowls, salad and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, bread and fruit.

THURSDAY: Chicken noodle soup, Waldorf salad, vanilla yogurt and raspberries.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10:00: Eggs, hash browns, sausage, bagels and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken, broccoli, rice, beet salad, bran muffins and fruit cups.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, beans, corn and orange Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken cordon bleu with hollandaise sauce, rice pilaf, vegetables and dinner rolls.

THURSDAY: Pastrami and Swiss on rye bread, potato chips, broccoli, salad and sherbet.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30-9:30: Fish and chips, vegetable coleslaw and biscuits.
