Miss Carson City, Diana Sweeney, won the Miss Nevada pageant Saturday night in Las Vegas. Her talent was lyrical dance, and her platform was “Sexual Assault — No Means No.” Sweeney, of Mound House, advances to the Miss America pageant, set for Sept. 15 in Atlantic City, N.J.
