Through Angel Tree Program, food boxes and Christmas gifts are provided for disadvantaged children up to age 14.

Angel Trees and barrels are placed in stores from the first part of November until Dec. 23. Residents buy items for children and return the gifts to the store where the Angel Tree or barrels are located.

Donations can be made at The Salvation Army, 661 Colorado St., through Dec. 24.
