Obituary: Bea Hudgel


Bea Hudgel of Carson City, 87, beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend passed on to her heavenly father November 20, 2013. She was born to Fred and Mary Pine in Niles, California in 1926. She married John Hudgel on January 9, 1944. He preceded her in death in 1988 at which time she moved to this area to be with her family. She was a retired bank officer who loved sewing, crocheting, reading and most of all sharing her time with her family.She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Mary Pine, her sister Carol Lawrence, her husband John Hudgel, and her daughter Judy Williams. She is survived and will be greatly missed by her brother Manuel Pine of Fremont, California, brother-in-law George Lawrence of South Lake Tahoe, daughter Nancy Vannucci Tatum of Carson City, son Bruce Hudgel (wife Terri) of Auburn, Washington. Several extended family members and friends.A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a future date.
