Health Inspections Sept. 7

Carson City Health Department's food-service inspections for Aug. 5-17. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

• Dotty's #10 Bar/Lounge, 2260 E. William St., scored 100 points.

• Boys & Girls Club of Western Nevada Food Facility, 1870 S. Russell Way, scored 100 points.

• Los Caporales Supermarket Retail Grocery, 1621 Highway 50, #G, scored 98 points. Food is stored directly on floors in the dry storage area and in the walk-in.

• Los Caporales Supermarket Bakery, 1621 Highway 50, #G, scored 100 points.

• Los Caporales Supermarket Meat Department, 1621 Highway 50, #G, scored 98 points. Foods are stored directly on the floor in the walk-ins.

• Los Caporales Supermarket Take Out, 1621 Highway 50, #G, scored 98 points.

Some prepared foods on the service line are not holding proper hottemperature.
