Scott and Nancy Bergan of Gardnerville announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley, to Colby Frey. He is the son of Charlie and Debbie Frey of Fallon, Nevada.
The bride to be is a graduate of Douglas High School and received her bachelor's degree in public relations and marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is pursuing her MBA and plans to graduate next May.
The groom to be is a graduate of Churchill County High School and received his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Nevada, Reno. Colby, a fifth-generation Nevada farmer, run his family ranch and winery, Churchill Vineyards, in Fallon.
Both are native Nevadans and met while attending UNR. They will be wed in August at the Frey Ranch. After a honeymoon in the fall, the couple will make their home in Fallon.
