Open burning's going to kick off this weekend, and that means there are going to be smoke plumes all over the Valley. Calls on burns, legal or otherwise, will be rolling into dispatch. Some of those calls are going to result in a response by firefighters in a place where sometimes a street address has little to do with an actual location.
