TOPS is a non-commercial, nonprofit weight-loss support group. People who come to TOPS have different health conditions and weight-loss goals. Each member is encouraged to see a physician for individualized diet and exercise plans for losing weight.
Whether success is measured by losing pounds and inches or gaining newfound friends, TOPS members of all sizes and ages gather weekly for private weigh-ins and programs where they encourage and educate each other. Individual goals and group support are TOPS. There are more than 300,00 TOPS members worldwide. If you have a weight-loss goal, join the chapter.
