The R-C Morning Report

Members of the Indian Hills General Improvement District Board will meet tonight to discuss hiring a new district manager. The meeting is 6 p.m. at the district offices in James Lee Park.

The recent snow storm brought 1.8 inches of precipitation to Ebbetts Pass, according to telemetry installed at the 8,700-foot elevation. It's good to see snow on the mountains again. But with the weather warming back up into the 70s this week, there's no telling how long it will stay.

The Columbus Day forecast is for sunny and no mail. Temperatures will hit 59 degrees today with a light breeze. By Tuesday the high will go up to 70 degrees. Expect the high to reach for the upper 70s by the end of the week.
