The Dragon Slayers, the Douglas County Public Library Teen Advisory Board, hosts the Vampire Party Game Night, 4:30 p.m. Oct. 17, at the Douglas County Public Library.
Teen Read Week is celebrated with the Books With Bite free program for teens in grades 6 through 12. Dress as a vampire or werewolf character and enjoy games and vampire trivia. Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight" series and other teen vampire books will be featured.
Door prizes, snacks and soda provided. Teen Game Night is sponsored by the Friends of the Douglas County Public Library and the Dragon Slayers. The library is at 1625 Library Lane, Minden. Information at douglas.lib.nv.us or Maria, 782-9841.
