I'm betting we got at least a half inch of rain on the west side of the Valley on Friday night. There were times when it was coming down in buckets. That's going to be it for a while. The next storm isn't expected until Saturday, and I doubt lightning will strike twice.
A South Lake Tahoe house cleaner who pawned a $10,000 heirloom wedding ring for $60 faces up to five years in prison today. Stephen Manning admitted he stole the wring while cleaning a woman's house.
