Man faces prison for subsequent felony DUI

A 59-year-old Indian Hills man faces his third prison term for felony drunk driving at his sentencing Jan. 6.

Paul Brodie pleaded guilty to the charge on Tuesday. He faces up to 15 years and a $5,000 fine. Prosecutors agreed to recommend 30-to-90 months.

Brodie's blood-alcohol content was .269 when he was arrested Sept. 10 while driving in Indian Hills. The legal limit for driving in Nevada is .08.

He has two prior felony convictions in Carson City in 2000 and 1996.
