Young Chautauquans perform

The Young Chautauquans give free performances, 5-7 p.m. today and Thursday at the Mormon Station State Historic Park in Genoa. The characters to be represented include Marie Curie, Walt Disney, Betsy Ross, Jacqueline Kennedy, Kit Carson, Dr. Eliza Cook and Anna Sewell, the author of "Black Beauty." Musical entertainment provided by emcee Mike Maloney.

Young Chautauqua is funded in part by Nevada Humanities.
