Vehicles escorted through Washoe Valley

The Nevada Highway Patrol is escorting traffic on Highway 395 in Washoe Valley between Lakeview Hill at the northend of Carson City to a point south of the SR 429 junction at Winter's Ranch House.

There is low visibility due to blowing snow.

North and southbound passenger car traffic is being escorted across the valley on the mainline highway by highway patrol escorts at a reduced speed of 25 miles per hour.

All high profile vehicles remain prohibited on the mainline but are being diverted to State Route 429 until further notice.
