One person has been reported killed in a head-on accident at Highway 395 and Ray May Way 2:37 p.m.
The victim has not been identified, pending notification of next of kin. Two other people have been transported by helicopter for medical treatment.
Highway 395 southbound remains closed at Riverview and 11 miles north of the California state line while an investigation is conducted and the accident is cleared.
