Meneley Elementary School's annual Friendship Dinner is 5-7 p.m. March 8 and will feature a spaghetti dinner provided by Harrah's Casino.
Adult tickets are $5 each and tickets for children are $3.50. A familyof four or more can eat for $15.
The dinner features a silent auction with themed gift baskets and raffle prizes including Disneyland tickets, golf packages, massage, dinner out, store gift certificates, and other items.
There will also be bingo, with children playing free for prizes, and an adult buy in of only 25 cents a card for cash prizes. All proceeds for food, auction, and raffle benefit students through the Parent Teacher Organization for playground equipment, reading programs among other things.
Businesses seeking to donate items or services for the raffle should call Mindy Depaz at 450-4532, or mail it to the school.
Meneley is located at 1446 Muir Drive in the Gardnerville Ranchos.
