A Gardnerville woman was arrested Friday night after deputies spotted a vehicle parked near the sandpits.
Breanna D. Querin, 19, is being held in lieu of $8,319 for possession of a controlled substance and probation violation.
Deputies allegedly found a balloon of a brown substance believed to be heroin in her possession.
