A Gardnerville man is being held on $50,000 bail after he allegedly put his hands down the pants of a 14-year-old girl.
Michael Anthony Allen, 23, is being held on a charge of sexual assault. He told detectives he and two girls were in bed together watching a movie when he went to sleep.
Allen told investigators that when he woke up his hand was down the girl's pants.
Allen is also being held on an alternative sentencing violation.
