Carson City Literacy Volunteer Organization's new tutor training for certification in the Laubach literacy program is 6-9 p.m. Sept. 17 and 18, 9 a.m. -4 p.m. Sept. 20 and 6-9 p.m. Sept. 24 and 25 at the Nevada Library and Archives building,100 N.
