Yvon Weaver said she quit her job as the Carson City Airport manager today.
"I'll probably have plenty to say about it in the near future," Weaver said, referring other questions to Supervisor Richard Staub, who is also a member of the board Weaver reports to, the Carson City Airport Authority.
Staub said Weaver told him this morning she quit after he told her members of the authority might want to evaluate the position of airport manager, though not specifically Weaver's performance.
"I can only assume she did not care for it," Staub said. "She resigned at the end of the conversation."
Staub said Weaver has been manager for at least the six years he's been with the authority.
