The Alpine Watershed Group with Alpine County, Alpine Chamber of Commerce, Carson Water Subconservancy District, Sierra Nevada Alliance, California Department of Conservation and California State Parks host the seventh annual Alpine Creek Day event, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Markleeville Library Park.
The event features restoration activities, raffle, live music and lunch. Alpine Creek Day is free for all ages.
