Douglas County planning commissioners voted 4-0 this morning to approve a zone change for the C.O.D. Garage in Minden.
The zoning for the property was changed from general commercial to tourist commercial.
About 20 people spoke in favor of the project to convert the former Minden auto dealership into a casino.
