A spaghetti fundraiser for Douglas High sophomore Julie Rodriguez is 5 to 8 p.m. April 12 at St. Gall Catholic Church, 1343 Centerville Lane, Gardnerville. In December, Rodriguez received a new liver after liver failure left her in a coma. She has spent the last four months at Stanford University relearning how to walk and talk.
