Emergency personnel are working a single vehicle accident at Stephanie Way and Santa Barbara that occurred at 2:40 p.m.
Reports from onscene are that a teenager struck his head on the windshield after striking a concrete structure.
Care Flight ambulance helicopter is en route to north Douglas County to pick up the teenager.
