Emergency personnel are responding to a report of a cement truck that rolled over on Jacks Valley Road and James Canyon Loop Road in the westbound lanes.
The driver of the truck is outside of the vehicle and reporting knee and back pain in the accident, according to authorities.
The accident was reported at about 10:16 a.m. and is located near Sierra Nevada Golf Ranch.
