Daria Essary, long-time Record-Courier contract carrier, was recently recognized for exceptional customer service by the circulation department at the R-C.
Essary, who has delivered the R-C for almost six years in the Waterloo Lane, Ranchos, and Pleasantview areas, delivers the Wednesday and Friday Record-Courier to an average of 2,000 subscribers per month while averaging less than one complaint per month, according to Circulation Manager Tony King.
"She cares about her customers and it shows," he said.
