The restaurant and deli at David Walley's Resort Hot Springs & Spa are reopening after temporary closures and employee layoffs due to financing problems with the resort's lenders.
"The restaurant was closed during November, except for Thanksgiving," said Howard Jachens, food and beverage director for David Walley's. "We had a wonderful crowd for the Thanksgiving celebration. Our chef, Rich Dwyer, and the crew are looking forward to another holiday season. We're back in full swing and excited about celebrating our eight-year anniversary."
The restaurant will open Dec. 7.
Regular dinner hours are 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
The restaurant will be open Christmas Day and will also host a New Year's Eve party that will include dancing. Dinners will be served from 4 to 9 p.m. on Christmas and New Year's Day.
