The northbound lanes of Highway 395 reopened at 7:39 a.m., according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
The lanes were closed at Airport Road after an injury accident at Johnson Lane.
That accident occurred at 5:32 a.m., according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
Motorists took an alternate route down Genoa Lane and up Jacks Valley Road.
