Boy Scout Troops 140, 240 and 340 will be visiting Carson Valley businesses through Saturday to solicit Carson Valley Days banners.
Banners are $35.
Scouts will hang banners on local businesses on June 2 and take them down June 11.
Proceeds help pay for the boys to attend Boy Scout summer camps and High Adventure activities.
To reserve a banner in advance, mail the business name, address, city, contact person, telephone number and number of banners desired along with a check payable to Boys Scouts of America to Boy Scout Banner Project, c/o Bryan Stockton, P.O. Box 6463, Gardnerville, Nev., 89460.
