A 4.7 magnitude earthquake was recorded 14 miles north-northwest of Bridgeport at 7:17 Thursday night, according to the United States Geological survey.
Three minutes later, an aftershock registering 3.8 on the scale was recorded 13 miles northwest of Bridgeport.
The latest activity on the map was a mild 2.1 quake centered in Minden at 7:32 p.m.
