There's still time to sign up for the Family Support Council Be Seen On The Green golf tournament to raise funds for domestic violence prevention. The event will take place on June 23 at the Carson Valley Golf Course and includes nine holes of golf, a barbecue dinner, raffle prizes from local businesses and music provided by the Big Red Band. In this unique tournament, participants are encouraged to wear pajamas.

Registration is at 2 p.m., shotgun start at 3 p.m. A barbecue dinner at the Country Club Restaurant will be served on the patio from 6-8 p.m.

The cost is $75 per person for golf, dinner and music. If you would like to join us for dinner and music only, the cost is $25.

The Family Support Council relies on fundraising activities to generate funds for crisis intervention in domestic and sexual assault cases, court and hospital advocacy for survivors, as well as women's support groups and parenting classes.
