Falling Rock Band performs in Alpine

The Falling Rock Band from Humboldt County, Calif., will be playing at the Markleeville Community Park, (next to the library) on Sunday from 4 p.m. until sundown.

Bring a picnic basket, a blanket or folding chairs and dancing shoes.

The musicians say they will keep on playing for as long as the people are having fun and dancing to their tunes.

Event sponsor, The Friends of the Library, will sell bottled water.
