The Valhalla Grand Hall is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 6-8 for a display of oil landscapes by Nancy Clarke and watercolor landscapes by Dee Manning. Both have shown their art in the grand hall the last two summers, after many years in the Pope Twin Cabins.
Valhalla Grand Hall is at Tallac Historic Site, located 3 miles north of the "Y," South Lake Tahoe.

Clarke will be one of 30 artists participating in the Greenhouse Garden Center's fourth annual art festival Aug. 18. The public is invited to view the art of Northern Nevada artists and listen to music 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Greenhouse Garden Center, 2450 S. Curry St., Carson City.
