Lissa Romero, a former Carson Valley and Carson City resident, got engaged to Brandon Ebel on March 1, 2007, during a trip to Kona, Hawaii.
Romero is the daughter of Jose and Madeline Romero of Burbank, Calif., and a 2006 graduate of San Diego State University.
Ebel is the son of Joyce and Gary Linville and Joe Ebel, all of Ithaca, N.Y., and a 2006 graduate of the NewSchool of Architecture & Design in San Diego. The couple resides in San Diego and have not yet set a wedding date.
