It's only about 11 degrees outside in the Valley this morning but a high of 37 is expected by this afternoon. Look for sunny skies and light winds throughout the day. The "warming" trend should continue over the next three or four days, topping out in the mid-40s.
The public is welcome to attend the filming of an international infomercial today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 88 Cups in Minden Village. The infomercial will feature Kat Simmons and world powerlifting champion Martin Garry.

The Douglas boys' basketball team bounced back from a loss to No. 2 Reno last Friday to manhandle their archrivals, the 6th-ranked, Carson Senators 69-37.
The Tigers got balanced scoring from throughout their lineup and led 51-19 at one point.
