BASKETBALL
Autumn Burtt, fr., F, Lassen College: Burtt was a part of community college history last month when she and Leeja James started for Lassen in a Dec. 28 game against Mendocino College. It was the first time in California community college basketball history that five Native American players started for one team. Lassen won the game 77-52. Lassen is 16-5 on the year and is currently ranked 10th in the state.

Lassen features 11 Nevada players on its roster this year, including10 from Northern Nevada.
